As a former district attorney, I have handled hundreds of cases and am very comfortable defending the rights of my clients in court. To me you are not a number. You are a person.

Experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer

Once the wheels of justice start to turn in a DUI, felony, theft, sex crime or other criminal case, they can be hard to stop. The police and the prosecutors are not there to protect your rights. They are there to convict you. The only person you can trust to protect your interests is your lawyer.

As your attorney, I will be in constant contact with you from the beginning of your case to the end. If you are in jail, I will come to visit you. At every stage of the criminal defense process, I will let you know what to expect.

Compassionate Family Law Attorney

Family law cases need to be handled differently than criminal charges. Criminal charges must be defended aggressively from the beginning of your case. In divorce and child custody cases, it is important for your lawyer to think about your family relationships. You may be divorcing your spouse, but you are not divorcing your children. For the best interests of your children, it is important to preserve good communications with your ex spouse.
