Attorney Thomas V. Mulrine is the current President-Elect of the Loudoun County Bar Association, a former prosecutor for Loudoun County, and a former Colonel in the U.S. Army. Attorney Robert D. Anderson is a former Chief Prosecutor for Loudoun County and a past President of the Loudoun County Bar Association.
