Gerald L. kane graduated in the top of his class in Wills and Trusts From the University of Laverne College of Law. Having devoted the last fourteen years helping families and business he has assisted more than 1000 families and businesses achieve their goals of protecting their wealth. Through his patience and his ability to truly listen to client concerns, he is able to translate his client's vision into a plan that meets his client's desires and expectations. Gerald has taken his experience in working with children with disabilities on the Dubnoff Center board to enable him to develop plans for children with special needs that ensure they will be protected throughout their parent's lifetime and beyond. Having a financial and real estate background, he has been able to help business owners with the myriad of legal and tax issues that arise, and design a plan to ensure that the business "lives on" long after the founder is gone. A frequently requested speaker by financial professionals, Gerald enjoys educating his community. Gerald resides in Oak Park with his wife Mimi and his two daughters Hailey and Taylor.

Sylvia Miravet graduated from Loyola law School, Los Angeles, California. Her prior experience in working with families after the death of a loved one has allowed her to understand the family intricacy and legal issues and dynamics that arise. Sylvia's substantial training in estate planning, and her ability to understand the unique composition of each family allows her the ability to design creative customized plans that both maximize financial security and promote harmony within the family. Sylvia's believes that the best planning process is one that melds her legal expertise with her client's willingness to share their personal beliefs and dreams. Sylvia resides in Manhattan Beach with her husband Vincent and their dog Chrissy.
