Law Firm Overview

Nilesh Choudhary is the owner and founder of Choudhary Law Offices. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine in 1998, he attended the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Choudhary worked for the California Department of Fish and Game and the California State Attorney General.

Following graduation, Mr. Choudhary worked for Kazan, McClain, Abrams, Fernandez, Lyons, Farrise & Greenwood, a Plaintiff's asbestos litigation firm located in Oakland, California. Mr. Choudhary focused on civil discovery and drafting of motions in preparation for trial.

Thereafter, Mr. Choudhary moved to Southern California to work for Calendo, Puckett, Sheedy, & DiCorrado representing insurance companies in defending personal injury matters. He then worked for Avila & Peros, handling real estate disputes, employment litigation, and business litigation. Mr. Choudhary gained extensive experience handling complex litigation matters while in Southern California.

Mr. Choudhary returned to Sacramento to work for Hayes & Associates where he primarily represented Plaintiffs in matters of residential real estate including construction defect, failure to disclose, and mold litigation. Mr. Choudhary thereafter opened Choudhary Law Offices to provide personal service and aggressive representation in all civil litigation matters.

Mr. Choudhary has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation including trial. He looks to use his expertise to aggressively represent his clients.
