Attorney Antoinette M. Wooten, is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and a writer for the Justinian (the Brooklyn Law School newspaper).

 Miss Wooten is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and all of the District Courts in New Jersey.

She specializes in Entertainment and Sports Law dealing with issues that arise in the world of motion pictures, contract negotiations for performance rights, residuals, free-agency, recording contracts, licensing agreements, and endorsement contracts.

Miss Wooten also represents her clients in more personal matters such as Family, Bankruptcy and Employment Law regarding parental rights, custody, visitation and support, contested and uncontested divorces and related monetary settlements; Employment Law with regard to benefits, wrongful termination, hostile work environments and unfair labor practices; Chapters 11, 13, and 7 bankruptcies; and reorganizations.

Attorney Patricia Martin-Gibbons is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School.

Ms. Martin-Gibbons is a member of the NY, NJ  and SDNY bars.

She has over seventeen years of experience in criminal law; family law; commercial and residential real estate; business corporate; employment law; entertainment & sports law; civil & criminal litigation; and estate planning.

Ms. Martin-Gibbons served as a per diem Hearing Officer in Family Court in NYC and is currently on the 18B panel in Kings County for criminal and family law matters.

Ms. Martin-Gibbons is also a law guardina in Kings County and a licensed NYS real estate broker.

Ms. Martin-Gibbons worked as an assistant district attorney in Kings County in the adult and juvenile crimes divisions.

Beverly Young, JD is the firm's in-house counsel for matters relating to international trade and entertainment matters.

She is a graduate of the University of London, UK.

Ms. Young is a barrister and a solicitor.

She has vast experience representing clients in obtaining recording contracts and licensing agreements; cross border trading; imports and exports; FDA Approvals; H-1 and B-1 immigration matters; and employment law.
