As trial lawyers, our law practice concentrates on the representation of individuals who have been injured or victimized by someone else's wrongdoing, whether intentional or negligent. We have represented individuals in hundreds of lawsuits, in various courts in this State and others. Both Mark C. Willis and Todd L. Willis are licensed to practice law in Ohio. In addition Mark is licensed to practice law in West Virginia. Our firm has successfully represented individuals in Trial Courts, Appellate Courts, and State Supreme Court cases. While we file approximately 50 lawsuits on behalf of victimized and injured clients each year, we also handle many claims that need not be filed.

Our experience, both in and out of the courtroom, gives us the ability to pursue cases for our clients to their best outcome. Sometimes cases are best resolved by settling them out of court, before incurring the expense and time commitment a lawsuit requires. We believe our clients benefit from our experience and our dedication to the individual consideration of each and every case.

Additionally, we believe our clients are better served by concentrating our practice on Personal Injury and Consumer law issues. We have extensive knowledge and experience in these areas, and as such, are highly qualified to provide legal advice or legal help in these areas. We do not practice bankruptcy law, criminal law, domestic relations law, probate law, or patent or trademark law. We recognize and play to our strengths and prefer not to engage in the general practice of law. We will not represent any Insurance companies, manufacturers, or other major corporate interest.
