Deacon Moulds & Smith is a firm specializing in civil lawsuits. The firm was founded in 1999 by Kenneth C. Deacon, Jr. and Gail F. Moulds. Prior to founding Deacon & Moulds, Mr. Deacon and Ms. Moulds headed the litigation department of one of the oldest law firms in St. Petersburg where they were also partners. Weston F. Smith joined the firm in 2000 and became a shareholder in 2004. Our firm is now known as Deacon Moulds & Smith.

Together, Kenneth Deacon, Gail Moulds and Weston Smith have more than seventy-five years of trial experience. They have conducted over 250 civil and criminal trials.
