With more than 20 years of experience practicing law, attorney Michael Banks formed the Law Offices of Michael G. Banks, LLC, in 2001, guided by the principle of providing quality representation at an affordable price. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Banks is a former Assistant State's Attorney and Gang Prosecutor whose experience began in the Maryland courts in 1987. Our firm has significant experience appearing before District and Circuit Courts in all Maryland jurisdictions, as well as the Superior Court in the District of Columbia, and Maryland Federal Courts. We have negotiated numerous agreements with prosecutors, opposing counsel, and insurance companies, and resolved complex estate administration issues.
