John G. Rice, P.L.C., located in Winchester, Kentucky, is an experienced lawyer who practices in  the area of Personal Injury Law. I represent clients all over Central and Eastern Kentucky including Clark, Madison, Scott, Montgomery, Bath, Estill and Bourbon counties as well as  Lexington /Fayette County.

After sixteen years as a litigation attorney and partner with a Lexington law firm, I opened my own practice here in Winchester. I handle a wide variety of personal injury claims, including those related to auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability. I have tried cases, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, in courtrooms across Kentucky. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was employed as a rehabilitation counselor specializing in severe injuries such as spinal cord damage, brain injuries and other debilitating conditions. I am very knowledgeable about the medical issues involved in personal injury cases so I can easily assess the situation that you are involved in and advise you on the best legal solution.
