Leon A. Victor & Associates, PC was established in 2002 as a law firm specializing in insurance coverage and general litigation matters. Mr. Victor began his legal career in 1990 at the Los Angeles, California firm of Breidenbach, Buckley, Huchting, Halm & Hamblet and was made a partner in 1997. In 1999, he joined the Law Offices of Virgil L. Roth to expand his practice to include trial experience in the defense of highly specialized and complex litigation matters.
