Mr. Boydstun has more than 25 years experience practicing law for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has experience litigating a large variety of cases, many with very significant injuries and damanges. He has a proven track record in cases involving exposure to toxic substances, including lead paint, chemicals, asbestos and gasoline. Mr. Boydstun is also well versed in product liability matters and was involved in major litigation over the pregnancy drug DES as well as litigation involving tampon manufacturers. Mr. Boydstun has successfully perfected and argued many appeals.

Mr. Boydstun is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
