Dollar, Burns & Becker, L.C. was formed from a firm that has roots back to the sixties. Formerly the law firm of Kuraner and Schwegler, and then the Law Offices of Tim Dollar L.C., our early group of attorneys consisted of two former Jackson County judges and a host of state prosecutors with strong ties to the community and service.

In the past few years, Tim Dollar and the trial attorneys working closely with him have enjoyed tremendous success in our areas of practice. It was out of this success that these trial attorneys have decided to focus exclusively on representing individuals and families in an increasingly complicated society.
