My law firm, Russell E. Baldwin, Chartered, located in Naperville, Illinois in the western suburbs of Chicago, helps families plan for nursing home care and qualify for Medicaid benefits while preserving family assets through our elder law practice. The firm provides legal advice and assistance in estate planning, probate administration and powers of attorney.

For more than 27 years, my firm has been helping families preserve their life savings, including planning for the care of spouses, parents and loved ones who have dementia, Alzheimer's and other long-term healthcare needs. Our law firm serves clients in the western suburbs of Chicago, including Naperville, Geneva, St. Charles and Batavia.

I am now helping my second and sometimes third generation of clients create plans to protect their families and their life savings. My practice has been built upon continuing relationships with my clients and their families.
