Law Firm Overview

The firm of Carter & Fulton, P.S., with offices in both Everett and Seattle to allow us to better serve the I-5 corridor from Bellingham to Olympia (and beyond), was formed in July of 2001 when Donald W. Carter, Thomas R. Golden (who has since left the firm) and Bradford J. Fulton, melded their varied backgrounds, expertise and over 60 combined years of experience in representing injured people and families to create one of Western Washington’s most complete, full-service personal injury litigation law firms. We also are privileged to have the benefit of Daniel F. Sullivan, one of the early "pioneers" in tort/damages law in the State of Washington, contributing his 50 years of legal experience to the firm as Of Counsel.

At Carter & Fulton, P.S., we do not accept just any case… we emphasize what we do best: we handle, on a contingent fee basis, all types of personal injury and damages litigation, both large and small. No case is too large or too small us to consider handling, because we understand that any injury has the potential to result in devastating long-term affects on certain individuals and their families.
