Law Firm Overview

My practice is dedicated to assisting individuals in the full range of their legal needs and in their life situations. My philosophy is to counsel clients so as to avoid litigation, but when litigation arises, to actively prosecute their case to the fullest extent possible.

I do not limit myself in areas of law because it is the individual who is important, and people do not fall into clearly delineated areas. In any case, there often arises a need to go into areas beyond the immediate needs of that particular case. For example, in a divorce, there will be needs to discuss asset protection, estate plans, wills and trusts, as well as the future needs for modification of the divorce decree or enforcement of the provisions of the decree in the future. In an accident case, again, once the case is settled, there may be similar needs to ensure the funds are available for future medical or other forms of care. Plus there are always needs that arise afterwards in many areas of life.

My practice is geared to the individual, and her or his needs and desires, not just at the moment, but also in the future once the immediate problem is handled.
