Established more than 50 years ago, the firm of Esplin│Weight is one of the oldest, largest, and most well-respected law firms in Utah County.

We are a team of attorneys and legal professionals who use the legal system to resolve difficult legal problems for our clients while protecting their rights and interests. The firm has represented clients across the United States and from countries around the world.

Our attorneys have more than 100 years of combined experience and have a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and legal interests. We focus our practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, estate planning and probate, immigration and visa law, appeals, business law and small business collections.

Advanced Technology, Tradition, and Service
Our firm uses state-of-the-art technology, including computerized case management systems, the most current research, and investigation information available through the Internet.

In June of 2005, the firm moved from the Fidelity Building to its new location at the old Farmers Merchant Bank, on Center Street in Provo. The space has been remodeled but maintains the historical nature of the building. We still have the old "bank vaults" and continue to use one as a conference room. On the walls you will find historical black and white pictures of Provo’s Center Street which we purchased from the Provo Historical Society.

We are located just a few blocks from the Fourth Judicial District Court and are centrally located to serve the people of Utah County and surrounding areas.
