The Law Office of Tim Kingston, LLC has traditionally provided legal services in all areas of the law, including business and transactional matters, litigation, both civil and criminal, and administrative law in Wyoming, the Rocky Mountain region, and throughout the United States. He practices in both the state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies.

Tim practices in a wide variety of areas and has also worked for the federal government in handling the banking and savings and loan crisis, as well as being a bankruptcy trustee for three years in Wyoming.
