At the Oshkosh and Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, law firm of David K. Sparr & Associates, S.C., I provide legal representation to clients with criminal defense, traffic violation, social security disability, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. My firm represents clients with criminal defense and traffic violation cases in the counties of Winnebago and Fond du Lac, which include the communities of Fond du Lac, Ripon, Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, and Omro, and represents clients with social security disability cases in the counties of Winnebago, Fond du Lac, Outagamie, and Waushara, which include the communities of Fond du Lac, Ripon, Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Omro, Wautoma, and Redgranite. The firm handles personal injury and wrongful death cases statewide, focusing on claims in the central Wisconsin area from our Oshkosh office, and the Door and Kewaunee County areas from our Sturgeon Bay office. Dave Sparr is a long time resident of Oshkosh. He attended Oshkosh High School (now Oshkosh West) and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh before obtaining his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Dave has been practicing law in Oshkosh since 1978. He and his wife, Diane, live in Oshkosh. They have two children, Eric, who recently graduated from law school at UW-Madison, and Jessica, who is a business analyst at Target Corporation.

My firm consists of a team of lawyers and assistants who are dedicated to the principle of people helping people. Unlike many trial law firms, I do not represent insurance companies. I provide Hmong-speaking staff for translations. My firm is always available to provide information and advice to clients.

I serve as an arbitrator in personal injury cases and am a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the City of Oshkosh Business Improvement District, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, the National Education Association and the Wisconsin Education Association Council Attorney Referral program. I have testified as an expert in farm accident and legal malpractice cases.
