Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher (SCB) is the oldest law firm in Prince George's County, dating back to 1920. Its former members include a congressman, a Court of Appeals judge, two judges on the Court of Special Appeals, a president of the Maryland State Bar Association and a member of the Maryland House of Delegates.

SCB is located directly across from the Courthouse in Upper Marlboro, the County seat for Prince George's County, Maryland. Prince George's County borders Washington, D.C. to the east. It is a culturally diverse county with a population of approximately 740,000. It is home to the main campus for the University of Maryland, NASA headquarters, Andrews Air Force Base, Fed Ex Field where the Washington Redskins play, a large regional trauma center, one of the largest cities in Maryland and many historical sites.
