Our firm has over 25 years of experience in criminal law. We began our careers as federal prosecutors and have now been defending people charged with crimes for over twenty years. We each have extensive experience in state and federal cases and prefer to talk to you about the case you are facing before quoting a fee. Helping people is the reason we became criminal defense lawyers. Here is some information about us.

Nicholas and Seth are former federal prosecutors, and each has over twenty years of experience in private practice representing people on a variety of state and federal criminal charges, including representation of defendants in cases in approximately twenty states.

While every case is influenced by its own unique facts, some of the cases handled by our firm have resulted in:

• Judgment of acquittal obtained after a two-week federal trial in fraud and money laundering charges;
• Acquittal in month-long federal racketeering prosecution;
• Acquittal in two-week federal trial charging a law enforcement officer with conspiracy to distribute 30 kilograms of cocaine;
• Acquittal in multiple armed robbery prosecution;
• Plea agreement for two years probation after three month federal trial on racketeering, fraud and money laundering charges;
• Suppression of evidence and dismissal of charges in a number of drug cases;
• Dismissals of charges in rape, murder, federal fraud and various other state and federal cases.
• Acquittal in aggravated assault trial in which victim was paralyzed
• Numerous DUI acquittals

Our goal is to provide a compassionate and thorough approach to each case. We strive to avoid a high volume practice, preferring instead to handle a manageable number of cases that enables us to devote individualized attention to each. Although some of our cases have attracted media attention, including the Gold Club case, we generally attempt to avoid publicity, recognizing that a criminal accusation is a difficult and embarrassing experience for our clients.
