Stephen Santucci, Attorney at Law, was born and raised in Queens, NY and currently resides in New Jersey. He is married with four children. His wife is a naturalized U.S. citizen from Moscow, Russia.

Stephen Santucci graduated from Fordham Law School in New York, where he earned his J.D. degree. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from State University of New York at Stonybrook located in Long Island, New York.

Prior to opening his own practice, Stephen Santucci worked for a Workers’ Compensation law firm in New York and an Immigration law firm in Houston, Texas. He has experience appearing and litigating in New York State Supreme Court, New York State Civil Court, New York Workers’ Compensation Board, and Immigration Court. He has represented many foreign nationals before U.S. Consulates in other countries.
