When Dennis R. DeLoach, Jr. founded the firm in 1976, he opened the doors of his law practice with one important mission in mind: to help individuals by providing quality legal services at a reasonable cost. His goal was to distinguish his practice by, at all times, being known for his honesty and integrity.

Shortly after Peter T. Hofstra joined Mr. DeLoach, they formed DeLoach & Hofstra, P.A. Since those early days, the firm has grown to five lawyers and a staff of twenty-four.

DeLoach & Hofstra, P.A. is unique in that it is large enough to provide a variety of services, yet, small enough to render a "personal" approach.
