Theodore Dann joined Joseph in 1931, with degrees from Harvard University and Indiana University. Philip Pecar began practicing law at the firm in 1956 and Norman Newman in 1960. David Kleiman became a partner of the firm after a merger in 1974. Today, over 95 years after its founding, Dann Pecar Newman & Kleiman consists of 30 attorneys supported by a team of paralegals and other legal professionals.
