Law Firm Overview

Our Lawyers are dedicated to improving trial lawyer skills and protecting the constitutional right of access to the courts. We handle a variety of cases, from the complex class action to the seemingly simple automobile accident. The Firm employs a full-time investigator, Frank Turchi. Frank joined our firm after 29 years as a Trooper -Investigator for the Indiana State Police. For 12 1/2 years, Frank investigated major crimes committed in West Central Indiana, including the successful investigation, arrest and conviction of Orville Lynn Majors for the murders committed at Vermillion County Hospital.

Frank is available to immediately investigate our clients’ cases and he plays a vital role in the preparation of our cases for trial.
