Estate Planning and Probate

In helping our clients determine the distribution of their property upon his or her death, we take into account wills, taxes, insurance, property and trust. We gain maximum benefit of all laws while carrying out the person's wishes.

Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon her or his death. Estate Administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased's assets. If a person dies without a will, individual state laws direct the court how to distribute the deceased's estate.

Family Law

We consider domestic relations law one of our most delicate and sensitive areas of our practice. We handle a full range of family law matters. Our Family Law department includes an attorney that is a Certified Family Financial Mediator.
