The Law Office of Bryce D. Neier is dedicated to providing the highest quality divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and DUI/DWI and traffic violation services available in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area.

I have concentrated in family law and civil litigation for more than ten years. I understand that families going through times of transition are under a lot of stress. I also know that during these stressful times people need competent legal counsel. I have some basic commitments I make to each of my clients.

  1. When I take your case, I am your lawyer dedicated to ensuring you receive a fair and impartial hearing in court.
  2. My fees are explained up front and I never accept payment from a client that does not understand and accept the fee structure.
  3. I always work to solve your legal issues with your long-term interests in mind.
  4. I provide each of my clients with straightforward, truthful information about their case, whether it is a divorce or a DUI/DWI.

As a former United States Army Captain stationed overseas for over five years, I have a unique understanding of the domestic legal problems of people serving overseas in the military. I have helped numerous military personnel and their family members stationed at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base resolve their legal problems. I am one of the few attorneys in this area who practices and understands international child custody and international child support law .

As a Fayetteville, North Carolina family law attorney, I see the stress associated with divorce cases. I realize that whenever possible, especially when children are involved, it is important to resolve these cases out of court. However, when necessary, I will aggressively fight to protect my client’s interests. I understand bad divorce settlements inevitably mean a return to court down the road. When I handle your divorce, child support, child custody, alimony, or property division case I strive to create a long-term solution and avoid the stress of additional court appearances.

If you are in need of an experienced and knowledgeable civil litigation attorney who concentrates in family law and DWI/DUI traffic violations , please contact The Law Office of Bryce D. Neier. How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:
Comfort Level - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
Credentials - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
Cost - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
City - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?
