Our law firm is led by two attorneys who have each been practicing law for over 30 years, Martin J. Jaspovice and Rick Simons. Both are experienced trial lawyers, advising and teaching other attorneys regarding legal strategies, tactics, and ethics. Our attorneys have worked on many high-profile cases, including the clergy abuse cases in Northern California. Mr. Simons has been named to the top 100 lawyers of CA and received the CA attorney of the year (personal injury) in 2006.

Firm operations

Located in a historic house on Prospect Hill in Hayward, our firm is part of the history of Alameda County; we have had the same phone number since 1951. We offer translators for non-English speaking clients, will visit people at home or in the hospital, and can arrange for appointments outside of regular office hours. We have medical personnel and investigators in-house, allowing us to act quickly to obtain evidence or evaluate the medical aspects of a case. Our fees are contingency-based, so there is no charge until we successfully obtain compensation for our clients' injuries.
