The principal attorney, James Cipoletta, has more than two decades of experience representing clients in all styles of development cases. He served as chairman of a municipal zoning board of appeals for more than ten years, and has an insider's working knowledge of the permitting and appeals process, including "by right" projects; variance, special permit, planning board requirements; and, Land Court litigation.

In the field of zoning and land development we undertake to guide the client through the often-complex maze of local, state, and federal permitting. From residential development and mixed-use projects to marina, hotel, and shopping center construction, we endeavor to accelerate and streamline the process necessary to become fully permitted. We have represented clients ranging form home and property owners to multi-national corporations.
