Our firm, located in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, provides quality representation to clients needing legal services in Western North Carolina.Our extensive legal library is augmented by on line research capabilities that give us access to all state and federal case and statute law.We regulary work with investigators, appraisers, and medical professionals to provide thorough preparation of our clients' claims.

We often serve as local counsel with out-of-town and out-of-state law firms, representing clients in both State and Federal Courts.

We take pride in serving our clients in a friendly and professional manner.

HOURS

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In order to meet your needs a consultation may be scheduled at a time outside of our regular hours.

FEE ARRANGEMENTS

For more than thirty years the law firm of Joel B. Stevenson, P.L.L.C. has provided its clients with quality legal services at a reasonable cost.We accept employment in professional malpractice and personal injury claims on a contingent fee basis. Other cases may be accepted under our hourly fee schedule. Specific facts regarding fee arrangements for particular cases are discussed during the initial consultation.
