We represent individuals and businesses in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property - land and the structures attached to it. As part of the practice, firm attorneys prepare contracts for sale and purchase of real estate, deeds, mortgages and trust deeds, and other related instruments. We also provide closing services for real estate transactions.

We offer advice and assistance for a variety of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, living wills, trusts, including charitable trusts, and related financial planning documents. We take into consideration issues related to tax, life insurance, and property transfer matters when providing estate-planning assistance. We are also available to assist with estate administration, including probate and non-probate transfers as well as legal advice and representation for guardianship matters, power of attorney, and related agency issues.

We assist business clients with a wide variety of services, including:

• Advice for the selection of the type of organizational entity best suited for particular client and businesses;
• Preparation of agreements and documents necessary for incorporation or formation of partnerships and limited liability companies;
• Representation and advice for the sale and purchase of businesses; and
• Contract negotiation and drafting.

Additionally, we have developed an understanding of the business needs of our banking industry and credit union clients and provide effective representation designed to meet the specific needs the business of banking presents.

We represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings at both the state and federal level. Firm attorneys assist insolvent businesses and individuals in their efforts to discharge or restructure existing liabilities and obligations.

We represent clients before the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service and provide guidance in matters relating to family and employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas; naturalization; visitor, student and exchange visas.

We handle a wide range of litigation matters. From the inception of a complaint through discovery, deposition, and trial, attorneys within the firm are experience in handling all types of disputes at all levels of administrative, state civil and criminal courts, and at all appellate levels.
