A criminal defense attorney for 35 years, Mr. Muller is Board Certified as a Criminal Trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is Board Certified as a Criminal Trial Attorney by The Florida Bar. Highly respected and well-known for representing individuals and corporations accused of crime, he defends clients in all aspects of the criminal spectrum, including complex white-collar cases, homicide, sex and narcotics violations. He handles cases throughout the nation, and his practice encompasses preindictment investigations, post-indictment including jury trials through appeal and postconviction matters. He has authored and lectured in the area of continuing legal education and has taught seminars in both law and undergraduate schools. He represents professionals, including lawyers, physicians, and other professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters. Mr. Muller's clients have also included business, legal and medical professionals, professional athletes, community leaders, educators, clergy and entertainers. He was the recipient of the 1999 William A. Trickle Award for Professionalism, given in recognition of outstanding professionalism in the practice of law by the Orange County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Muller was named Florida's American Board of Trial Advocates Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2002.
