Neville, Richards, & Wuller is a law firm of trial attorneys. Our emphasis is civil trial and appellate work. Each lawyer in our firm handles civil litigation and appeals, tries lawsuits, and participates in a variety of alternative dispute resolution techniques. We are committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective legal services. Our firm is highly technological, taking advantage of E-mail, the Internet, software programs, information services, and portable computing to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

We are located in Belleville, Illinois, in St. Clair County, Illinois, just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, Missouri and Springfield, Illinois, in Sangamon County, the Capital of Illinois. Our firm is accessible by major interstates, by the St. Louis Lambert International Airport and by local mass transit. Metro-Link, the rapid transit train system for metropolitan St. Louis, has expanded its service to include a line that services Belleville.

Our firm was established on April 4, 1994, when four partners in a twenty person law firm combined their 60-plus years of collective experience to create a new firm dedicated to improving upon a tradition of excellence by fully utilizing the advanced tools of today's legal marketplace and by fostering an environment in which expertise and ideas are freely exchanged. The firm has grown to eight attorneys and continues to expand. From its inception, our firm has held the highest rating awarded to law firms by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The firm's attorneys regularly attend continuing legal education seminars, often serving as lecturers. Our attorneys have authored articles published in legal journals and periodicals distributed throughout the country and have participated on various state and national committees devoted to continuing legal education. Our attorneys also routinely hold client seminars on changes in the law as well as risk management techniques for particular areas of litigation.

We have carefully selected our professional staff to ensure that our clients will find working with each of our attorneys and paralegals a positive experience. The firm employs planning and teamwork with each client devising practices yielding excellent legal services, cost effectively. Consistency and quality is enhanced by having one lawyer responsible for each case. Depending on case complexity, that lawyer can draw upon the resources of a team of lawyers and support staff.
