Daller Greenberg & Dietrich, LLP, is a firm of eleven lawyers concentrating in civil litigation. Three partners who practiced at a prominent center city Philadelphia law firm founded the firm in 1994. Their goal was to provide the highest quality litigation services in the most cost-effective manner, and that remains our goal today. Our clients receive top-notch representation without incurring the costs often associated with the larger firms. We provide undivided loyalty, aggressive representation and the careful attention required in complex matters.

Our civil litigation practice includes work in the areas of product liability, construction, premises liability, torts, employment, commercial transactions, business disputes, liquor law litigation, claims pending in orphans' courts, and insurer's bad faith. One of our founding partners, Morton F. Daller, is editor-in-chief of Business Torts, a Fifty-State Guide the Product Liability Desk Reference, a Fifty-State Compendium and the Tort Law Desk Reference, a Fifty-State Compendium, all published annually by Aspen Law & Business. Mort Daller is also a past president of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
