Civil litigation involves the resolution of civil disputes through the courts. Disputes involving personal injuries, breach of contract, inheritance, and professional negligence are frequently resolved in this manner. Our staff has experience in all phases of litigation. While good legal counsel is essential once a dispute has arisen, we also provide legal advice with an eye towards being proactive and preventing, whenever possible, disputes from reaching the litigation stage.

In the field of employment law we represent both employers and employees in matters involving civil rights, wrongful termination, severance agreements, non-competition agreements and employment contracts. We have attorneys who are qualified to conduct investigations of claims of discrimination.

We handle zoning and land use cases of all types both at the municipal level and, where necessary, before the courts. We also handle real estate transactions of all types.
