Since 1988, Garmer & Prather, PLLC and its predecessor firm have been located at the Opera House Office Building on Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. The firm has dedicated it practice exclusively to litigation, primarily civil litigation on behalf of people who have been injured or the families of people who have died as a result of the negligence of another person or corporation.
