Specifically, Bunch & Brock files all types of corporate and consumer bankruptcy cases for debtors (Chapter 7, 11, 12 & 13), and represents lenders in the enforcement of creditors'rights. Other members of Bunch & Brock practice in the area of corporate and business law, counseling clients in the incorporation of new businesses, acquisitions of existing businesses, and drafting contracts and other credit agreements. Finally, this law firm advises clients regarding asset protection techniques and trust formation.

Bunch & Brock. has an active trial and appellate practice in the litigation of a debtor to discharge certain debts obligations. We litigate the ability of people to discharge student loans, debts incurred by false representations, false pretenses and actual fraud, including debts incurred using false financial statements, same being described under 11 U.S.C. Section 523. Further, we have experience representing clients in the rare situation wherein a client must litigate the issue of a debtor's right to obtain a discharge under 11 U.S.C. Section 727 for alleged misconduct prior to and during a bankruptcy case.
