Law Firm Overview

The firm was originally established in Saratoga Springs, New York in 1956 by Carl L. McMahon and John L. McMahon. The firm represents individuals and business clients primarily throughout Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Warren and Washington Counties, but the practice is not limited to those areas.

Our firm is a general practice firm, providing advice and representation to clients in matters including personal injury, criminal law, workers' compensation, real estate, probate and estate administration, estate planning and civil and criminal litigation.

We represent clients in every level of state and federal courts. The firm has a support staff of paralegals and legal secretaries.
