Established in 1993, The Law Firm of Ann Shaw, P.A. was founded with the goal of providing preeminent, creative, and comprehensive legal services to clients throughout Maryland in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Bankruptcy, and Probate and Estate Administration. We also handle real estate closings in the state of Delaware.

The firm represents buyers, sellers, private lenders, investors, borrowers, and mortgage brokers in a wide range of real estate transactions and litigation matters. The firm's real estate services include but are not limited to purchase/sale agreements, financing, mortgage investment counseling, land installment contracts, quiet title actions, contract review, and easement and boundary disputes. The firm also provides inclusive services to buyers and sellers in "For Sale By Owner" transactions.

Mrs. Shaw, the firm's owner, brings to the firm more than twenty years of legal experience. She is accompanied by one associate and one "of counsel" who share her commitment to client service and legal excellence.
