Donald J. Jacquart and David P. Lowe organized the firm in 1991, combining over 50 years of trial and appellate experience. Since that time, both Jacquart and Lowe have both been recognized in Milwaukee Magazine surveys as two of Milwaukee's best personal injury lawyers.

The firm is located in the Historic Third Ward in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and handles cases throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
