Law Firm Overview

Our firm was formed in 1992 by Richard Taubman and Ronn Nadis to serve the needs of businesses, particularly those involved in real estate development and management. In 1998, Phillip Neuman joined the firm. While we initially focused on assisting small businesses and individuals, we have grown steadily so that we now represent both small businesses and nationally-known clients. Today, we have six attorneys focusing on real estate law and business litigation practice in our office in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We have developed an expertise in a wide range of areas, including title insurance litigation, zoning disputes, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant law, condominium law and boundary disputes, to name a few. Our lawyers have taught seminars on many of these topics. We deliver the quality of legal services that clients have come to expect from large law firms at a price that reflects the efficiency and cost effectiveness of a small firm.
