Began Legal Career as Counsel for Grange Mutual Casualty Company in1978; Practiced in the Private Practice of Law from 1982 to 1997 for Clients primarily in the areas of Trial and Litigation Work, dealing with Personal Injury and Insurance Defense Issues, as well as work in the area of Business Litigation. Since 1997 has been primarily engaged in providing services to individuals and closely held businesses, relating to Business Planning and Litigation as well as Estate and Financial Planning Issues, with Probate work, and related litigation. Continues to counsel in the area of litigation, and has continued a moderate case load of litigation cases. Focuses practice in the areas of insurance contracts, risk management, financial and family planning objectives and procedures, estate planning opportunities and business transfers and operations.
