Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. is well into its third decade of representing the interests of corporations and individual business clients in management labor and employment law, insurance defense, civil litigation, corporate and real estate law, as well as offering specialized representation in the manufacturing, health care and hospitality industries. Along the way, the firm members have dedicated themselves to maximizing the business interests and profitability of corporations, partners, and joint venturers operating in today's economy through a client sensitive philosophy of legal representation.

Our philosophy of representation is geared toward two main objectives.

First, we believe that client service is a cooperative effort built on responsiveness to the client's needs and understanding of the relationship between the corporation, its investors, employees and competitors. Our ability to work with management to accomplish its goals fosters mutual respect and trust which we believe is vital to the attorney/client relationship.

Second, Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. believes in providing the highest quality legal services to our clients, at a reasonable fee for services rendered. Anticipating and preventing unnecessary litigation or, should litigation arise, to achieving the quickest and fairest resolution of disputes which promote the best interests of our clients is our objective. We believe that unnecessary litigation and legal expenses should not be a required part of "the business of doing business."
