Watkins, Lourie, Roll & Chance, PC is a plaintiff's general civil trial practice firm. We concentrate on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters with particular expertise in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, governmental liability, and motor vehicle accidents. We began our careers as defense lawyers and, as such, developed good working relationships with many experts, defense lawyers, and insurance company claims adjusters. Typically, at least two and most often three of our attorneys are very familiar with a particular case. We are very selective in the cases we take, and we push those cases we do take aggressively. We do this by maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Any one of us has the ability to interview witnesses, depose witnesses, attend hearings, and try cases. If one of us can't be there, another equally prepared attorney will be.

We have a policy of accessibility. We often answer our own phones and take client calls at home or on the road.
