Ashish S. Joshi has advanced degrees in law from the University of Michigan Law School and Gujarat University in India, as well as training in accounting and economics. This enables him to analyze complex financial transactions and explain them in understandable language both in court and across the negotiation table.

Mr. Joshi has counseled and represented corporate clients and executives in the areas of cross-border litigation, commercial litigation and white collar crime in India and the United States.
