Founded in 1991, the Law Offices of H. Michael Soroy is located in a modern high-rise on Los Angeles' main thoroughfare, Wilshire Boulevard, a short distance from courthouses and adjoining West LA communities such as Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood/UCLA and Beverly Hills. While the majority of our clients are located throughout the greater Los Angeles area, our firm practices with an international outlook and represents and advises individuals and business clients from around the world in need of local representation.

Our firm handles cases in the areas of business & commercial law; business organizations; contracts; collections; international law; trademarks; travel, tourism & leisure law; estate planning; probate & estate administration; and residential & commercial real estate. We represent clients at the Trial and Appellate levels of the California State and of the Federal Courts.

Mr. Soroy's professional experience includes a Masters in Business Administration supported by business experience within the travel industry. This combination of business and legal experience enables our firm to meet the personal and business needs of our clients by offering practical solutions and advice.
